Pricing is $175 per tested backflow device. The number of assemblies for your service address is located in the upper right corner of the cover letter from SF Water Quality.

If you have more than one backflow device then successive tests are $125 each.

You will need the PIC number: (4letters/4numbers) located in the upper right corner of the SFWQ cover letter to complete the appointment form. If you do not have please call 650-652-3199 or email: [email protected] and SFWQ will provide. If you are not able to obtain please put "NONE" when asked on the scheduler.

Testing normally takes about 15 minutes for each backflow test.
